Our no frills approach to yoga strips away the fluff and gets straight to the point with a no nonsense physical practice.

How to Set Up Your Group 

Step 1: Use the form below to set up a quick chat and see if our group programming is a good fit for your team. We’ll discuss your goals, space, and schedule and provide you with a training quote. 

  

Step 2: We’ll collaborate with you to design a training program that aligns with your group’s needs. whether that’s stress relief, mobility, functional strength, or general conditioning.

 

Step 3: We finalize logistics (location, timing, duration) and get everything set for launch. Your team just shows up ready to move, we handle the rest.

 

Step 4: We coach your group through high-quality, engaging sessions tailored to your goals and ability levels. We create a supportive environment that helps build trust, accountability, and motivation.

 

Step 5: We check in regularly to make sure the programming is hitting the mark and make any necessary adjustments.

(Highly recommended for athletic teams) 

FRA® is a 'joint by joint' assessment that provides us with a baseline of exactly where each athlete is starting from in terms of mobility. It allows us to design a truly personal program around the unique needs of the team and focus in on the ares that will make the biggest difference to performance. We recommend testing at the start and then again at the end of the athletic off season.
