Remember to Pepper your CARs throughout the whole day!
CARs are a basic maintenance tool for your joint health. Think of them as 'brushing your teeth' but for your joints.
We advise running through all of your CARs daily as a cornerstone of your physical practice.
🚩Avoid any pain and/or closing angle restrictions (pinches) on the short side of any stretch. Try to express as much pain free range of motion as you can.
