Freedom to Move blends targeted strength and flexibility training to help you move freely and feel stronger where it matters. Delivered in closed cohorts, the program advances week by week toward specific mobility and strength milestones, with online homework assignments and a library of stretch tutorials for continued progress.

We are certified Functional Range Strength Coaches®, FRC mobility specialists, KINSTRETCH® providers and yoga teacher trainers with over 30 years of combined experience working with all body types and abilities.
