• Custom coaching involves a detailed onboarding followed up with a personalized training plan delivered via the Trainerize app. 
• We build the program 100% around you, your goals and your time budget.  
• Programs start at $150 CAD per month, with an initial minimum 3-month commitment.  Renewing clients switch to our renewal rates and the option of a monthly subscription.
• You will have direct messaging and an open line of communication with your coach throughout. 
• All program adjustments are 100% covered.
•  1:1 in-person sessions can be added to the package if desired.
