Meet Your Coaches
Hi! We are Sian and Jesse!
We have helped hundreds of everyday athletes to feel better, move better, and squeeze more out of life without pain.
We are certified Functional Range Strength Coaches®, FRC mobility specialists, KINSTRETCH® providers and yoga teacher trainers with over 30 years of combined experience working with all body types and abilities.
You can be confident we have the coaching tools to help you make headway.
Jesse has been a full-time Trainer/Coach since 2006, teaching world wide and leading international teacher trainings in yoga and movement.
Sian is a retired professional stunt performer whose own experiences with chronic pain and injuries led her to develop a passion for flexibility and strength training.
