WALK & SPRINT ROUTINE - walk for 10 minutes, then sprint for 30 secs, back to a walk for 10 minutes, then a second 30 second sprint and finish with one last 10 minute walk.
WALK & RUN ROUTINE - Walk for 5 minutes, then Run ( not sprint) for 10 minutes, slow down to a walk for 10 minutes, followed by second round of 10 minutes running, and finish with 5-10minutes walking.
