BASE is our foundational strength & conditioning program for those who want to feel great, look great, and do more with their bodies. BASE training includes:
- Three-strength workouts - Upper, Lower & Core. (Workouts are refreshed every eight weeks)
- Three KEY mobility classes from our KINSTRETCH® class library (Mobility sessions are refreshed monthly)
- Daily mobility essentials
- Three cardiovascular sessions as per cardio 101 guidelines.
- Coaching Support from Jesse & Sian: You will have an open line of communication with your coaches.
