What's Included?

IN-PERSON GROUP COACHING

Become part of a real-life community that supports one another through fitness. You are encouraged to attend as many group sessions as possible to get the most out of this program.

In-person group training occurs at Lift Health and Wellness 450 River Street West Moose Jaw, SK.

Spring session runs:

Saturday April 6th - June 22nd 9am -10am 

 *Every participant will have two free guest passes to bring a friend to group training sessions!

THE MOVEMENT CAVE BASE  DIGITAL TRAINING  PROGRAM 

Learn how to blend the mobility work you need with the traditional strength training you love to create a firm foundation of athleticism. 

Your digital program contains 

2 x digital strength training workouts with high-quality video tutorials for every exercise. These workouts are designed to build strength and range of motion simultaneously. 

2 x digital KINSTRETCH@ (mobility) classes for the week 

Daily mobility essentials.

 

COACHING SUPPORT AT EVERY STEP

Throughout the course, you will have an open line of communication with your coaches via text and e-mail.

You can message us anytime for support or feedback.

Your coaches will also organize informal pop-up group meets throughout the Spring, this is an excellent chance to build your support network and receive extra coaching.

Meet Your Coaches

Sian and Jesse are certified Functional Range Strength Coaches® and FRC mobility specialists with over 30 years of combined coaching experience.

Jesse has been a full-time strength and conditioning coach since 2006. He has co-led international teacher trainings in yoga and movement.

Sian is a retired professional stunt performer. Her overriding passion and mission as a coach is to help everyday athletes enjoy their bodies more, move better, and mitigate injury risk through mobility and strength training.
