Meet Your Coaches
Hi! We are Sian and Jesse!
We have helped hundreds of everyday athletes to feel better, move better and squeeze more out of life without pain.
We are certified Functional Range Strength Coaches® and FRC mobility specialists, KINSTRETCH® providers and yoga teacher trainers with over 30 years of combined coaching experience.
Jesse has been a full-time Trainer/Coach since 2006, teaching all over the world and leading international teacher trainings in yoga and movement.
Sian is a retired professional stunt performer who's own experiences with chronic pain and injuries lead her to develop a passion for mobility training.
